The hotel was very good. The location is excellent, right across from the airport and next to a great italian restaurant. The check-in and check out process was fast, and there was plenty of parking in the basement. The breakfast buffet is consistently good. There is a nice area to eat breakfast and relax. The check out time was nice to have after a long day of travel.

Location right across from the airport worked perfectly for us. We stayed here twice, the night we arrived and the night before we departed Tampico. (Our land-based travels took us further inland for the rest of our trip.) Airport shuttle was free and easy to arrange. Breakfast was excellent.

It was comfy, equiped, very friendly staff and I even got room service from a restaurant nearby. The airport shuttle is very practical, they come and go very often and you dont need to book in advance.

They are renovating the rooms and that is nice, although some work is still needed. I would suggest changing the carpets or removing them altogether. Helps with cleanliness and maintenance.

Seems like they added a few more options for breakfast since my last stay. I didn't really have breakfast this time around, butI could see waffles and more fruit on the buffet bar.
